Change of Mind
- Refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase – the choice is yours.
- Unused and in original, re-saleable condition, in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and bonus items.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- For postal returns, return freight is paid by you.
- Only the product cost is refunded. Shipping and delivery charges on the original order are not refundable.
Not eligible for change of mind: clearance and reduced to clear items, food and consumables, items excluded for hygiene or safety, and special order or bulk and commercial quantities.

In Store
The same policy applies to in-store purchases. Bring the item and your proof of purchase to 428 Swift Street, Albury.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Warranty
All products are covered by their respective Australian warranties. We facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Gift Cards & Bundled Items
Gift cards and gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Bonus, free and bundled items must be returned with the original purchase. Where a bonus or bundled item is not returned, its value is deducted from the refund.
