Full coverage. Even pressure. Superior sear.
The Scanpan Impact Rectangular Protein Press is designed for larger cuts, bacon strips and grill plates where full surface contact matters. Its 24 x 12cm footprint delivers consistent, even pressure across wider proteins — helping prevent curling, improve caramelisation and accelerate cooking.
Crafted from durable stainless steel with a solid, heavyweight base, it enhances heat transfer for deeper browning and a more defined crust. Ideal for steaks, bacon, chicken fillets, burgers and toasted sandwiches, it ensures uniform contact without crushing delicate foods.
Balanced and comfortable to handle, it’s built for durability and everyday performance.
