Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Our catering boxes and lids are made from sustainably sourced FSC™ certified paper. The paper is home and industrially compostable and recyclable in kerbside recycling if clean. BioPak catering trays are available in 5 sizes (XS-XL).
