Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
These burger cardboard food boxes are made from recycled paperboard. Our compostable cardboard boxes are simple and sturdy – perfect for packing a full meal on the go. BioPak white paper boxes for food are suitable for home composting. Our recycled cardboard packaging is also available in kraft options.
