Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Our 60ml / 2oz sauce cups look and perform like conventional plastic portion pots but are made from Ingeo™ bioplastic. These cups are certified industrially compostable. Note: this sample cup should be used for cold use only.
