Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Our compostable bin liners are made from Ecopond bioplastic. These 50L bioplastic bin liners are certified home compostable to European standards and compostable to ASA736-2006 Australian standards. These compostable kitchen bin liners are an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic bin liners.
