Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Our plastic-free plates are made from rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp, a by-product of the sugar refining industry. These disposable plates are packaged for retail sale and are shelf-ready in paper boxes. Each carton has 5 retail boxes and each box has 20 dinner plates.
