Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
BioStraws are made from 3 ply premium grade FSC™ (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper sourced from managed plantations. These jumbo paper straws have been packaged for retail sale and are shelf-ready. There are 20 compostable straws per pack and 10 packs per carton.
