Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

To use, unscrew the stainless steel chiller stick from the acrylic pourer spout. Place the chiller stick in the freezer for at least two hours.
Remove from the freezer and attach the chiller stick to the pourer spout. Pour off enough wine to allow the chiller stick to be inserted into the bottle.
Insert the unit into the bottle for at least five minutes before pouring.
The chiller stick can be hand washed, frozen and reused again and again.
