This 27cm CHEFMADE springform pan is the single-base version, fitted with a flat base for round cakes, cheesecakes, tarts, and other bakes where inverting or forcing would risk damaging the result. Made from 0.8mm carbon steel with a food-grade silicone non-stick coating, it delivers even heat distribution and reliable baking performance. The springform latch makes unmoulding easier, especially for softer or more fragile bakes. Free from PTFE, PFOA, LEAD, and APEO.
