A proper canelé pan, designed for the classic French pastry that needs deep cavities and even heat to develop its caramelised crust and custardy interior. Twelve uniformly sized cups produce consistent canelés every time, replacing the traditional single copper moulds that take up serious cupboard space.
Made from 0.8mm heavy-duty carbon steel for even heating and warp resistance, with a food-grade silicone non-stick coating that's free from PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, lead, and APEO. The non-stick surface releases canelés cleanly with just a light brush of natural oil, and the champagne gold finish gives the pan a more considered look than typical bakeware.
Beyond canelés, the deep wells suit other set custard desserts, mini cakes, savoury egg bites, and small popovers.

- Use natural oil (canola, olive, vegetable, or melted butter) rather than non-stick spray, which can leave residue over time
- Avoid metal utensils to protect the coating
- Hand wash with mild detergent and soft sponge
- Do not use on stovetop, microwave, or induction cooktops
- Do not bake above 200°C for more than 30 minutes
