The Brunswick Bakers Proofing and Fermentation Box takes the guesswork out of temperature-sensitive baking and fermenting. Built-in temperature and timer controls let you set and hold the exact environment your dough or culture needs — from a slow 25°C overnight sourdough proof to a 40°C yoghurt ferment — without babysitting the process.
The wide temperature range of 20°C to 70°C covers dough proofing, sourdough starter maintenance, yoghurt making, and other fermentation processes in a single unit. When you're done, the box collapses flat for storage.
Made from composite polyester fabric with a food-grade insulated lining, and certified to Australian electrical standards.
