The G&S Portable Induction Cooktop delivers efficient, responsive cooking in a compact 37cm format suited to caravans, RVs and benchtop kitchens. Using magnetic induction technology, it transfers heat directly into compatible cookware for fast, even performance without exposed elements or open flame.
A selectable low-power setting of 500W allows use with suitable generators and inverters, while higher outputs up to 1800W provide the flexibility required for searing, simmering and griddle-style cooking. The toughened crystal glass surface offers durability during transport, and the integrated cooling system supports safe operation when used correctly on a flat benchtop.
With multiple wattage options and temperature control from 60°C to 200°C, it provides adaptable performance across a wide range of cooking styles. Suitable for induction-compatible cookware only.
