How to use — group heads
- Remove the coffee filter from the group handle and replace it with the blind filter.
- Add 1 level scoop of Espresso Clean to the group handle (use 2 scoops if the machine is cleaned less often) and insert as if brewing espresso.
- Start the cycle and run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner completely. Stop and allow the machine to sit for 10 seconds.
- Repeat the start/stop cycle 4 more times — 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off.
- Remove the group handle and rinse well under water from the delivery group, then turn off.
- Re-insert the handle with the blind filter and start/stop 10 times — 5 seconds on, 2 seconds off. Remove the blind filter and insert a regular brewing filter.
- Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season the machine.
How to use — group handles
- Soak group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water with 2 scoops of Espresso Clean for 10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly in running hot water.
