Essential performance. Refined Japanese craftsmanship.
The Shun Classic White 3 Piece Set brings together the three core knives every serious kitchen requires. Featuring Shun’s signature Damascus-clad blades and precision 16° double-bevel edges, this set delivers exceptional sharpness, balance and long-term edge retention.
Each knife is handcrafted in Japan with a proprietary VG-MAX cutting core, clad in 34 layers of Damascus steel on each side for strength, corrosion resistance and distinctive patterning. The D-shaped white PakkaWood® handles provide comfort, control and moisture resistance.
