Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Cook your meat, whether poultry, pork, beef or lamb to your liking, with the AcuRite Dial Style Meat Thermometer.
Simply insert the point of the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat or poultry. Be sure the tip is not touching bone, gristle, the pan, or cavity. Place meat in the oven with the thermometer facing the door. Leave thermometer in meat while roasting.
When the pointer reaches the desired temperature the meat can be removed from the oven.
