Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

The Fowlers Vacola Clean-A-Screen is designed to line dehydrator trays, preventing small foods from falling through the tray spokes and making it easier to dry sticky produce without it bonding to the tray. The flexible plastic screen makes removal straightforward — even with dried-on fruits like bananas, pineapple, and semi-dried tomatoes.
It is also well suited to drying herbs, spices, and other small foods that would otherwise fall through or shift around on a standard tray. Supplied as a 2 pack.
