We're excited to introduce the newest addition to our nöni™ Lightning range and one of our most requested pans - the four-sided baking tray! Made in Australia from a solid sheet of 2mm-thick non nickel stainless steel, it's lighter weight than our roasting pan for easier handling of a full tray!
