Please note: do not press the mesh section of the strainer forcefully from the outside, as this may cause damage.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePre-wet your coffee grounds by pouring a small amount of cold water over the grounds to moisten. Stir carefully using a bamboo paddle or a spoon to ensure all of the grounds are saturated.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFlatten the pre-wet coffee grounds and add a paper filter on top.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePush the drip part firmly into the inner holder until it catches, then fit both parts down into the lower part of the upper bowl.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAttach the upper bowl so that the protruding sections on the outside of the upper bowl fir into the grooves on the inside of the strainer holder.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePour your 600ml of cold water into the upper bowl (there is a measurement line on the upper bowl) and attach the lid.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSet aside while your coffee brews.
